Updated codebase to use new React, and ES6

React 15.6 to React 16.8

Converted the class components to functional components, and added hooks in place of lifecycle methods(i.e. componentWillUpdate, componentWillUnmount)

Front End: ReactJs, Webpack, Scss

Tools: MaterialUI to update styling
